Return/Exchange Policy:
At gift Dubai online, our top priority is your satisfaction with every purchase. If for any reason you need to return or exchange your product, we are happy to assist you. Here are the details:
- All returns and exchanges require preauthorization from Gift Dubai Online through email at: contact@giftdubaionline.ae
- Gift Dubai Online. should be returned in their original packaging. No credit or replacement will be issued until the returned merchandise has been received and inspected by our customer service department.
- The customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. You have the option to ship it on your own or ask us to arrange it. If you choose the latter, we can send you a shipping label, which you can pay for by Bank transfer.
- All refunds are issued for the product’s purchase price only and can only be issued to the same Bank Transfer used at the time of purchase.
- Returns must be made within 14 days of delivery and are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
- Christmas-themed seasonal items and customized items cannot be refunded.
- Processing a return/exchange may take up to 10 business days.
